Terms of Service
I will make my terms of service known before sending you an invoice. You must read, understand, and agree to my terms of service before commissioning me. By sending payment for your commission, it is understood that you agree to my terms of service.
Terms of Service- You must be above 18 years of age to order commissions from me.- You are not allowed to use my art for any generative AI purposes.- I will send you an invoice through Paypal once we have agreed on the details of your commission. If I have a queue, you will wait to pay until I get to your spot in the queue. I do not accept cryptocurrency.- The average turnaround time is usually within 15 days depending on real life circumstances, time zones, and the type of commission. If I feel that I need more time to work on your commission, I will let you know.- Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like edits or minor changes to your commission during all work in progress phases of your commission. Minor revisions are limitless whilst major edits (See: pose change, background change, etc.) are limited to 3 edits before I begin to charge for them. Price may vary.- Feel free to give me a Microsoft Paint doodle to clarify your vision, it helps me more than you might think! You may also redline over work in progress images I send to you to help me move along with your commission faster.- I would prefer that you provide me a clear character reference sheet or flat colored fullbody. It is difficult for me to work with low quality images and shaded character sheets.- I reserve the right to refund you at any time if you are rude, pushing me to work faster, harassing me, unable to communicate in effective English, or failing to communicate with me for an extended period of time.- Once I am done with your commission, I will send you the full resolution PNG file. I do not send PSD files and the like.- I retain copyright of the commissioned piece, but you still retain copyright of your character(s). You may use the art you receive for personal use. You may not use my art for monetary gain.- You may post your finished commission to social media sites as long as you credit back to me in some form.If you have any questions or need clarification on anything, don't be afraid to ask me!

0% during coloring phase- Refund percentages may vary depending on the complexity of your commission.- If I have found you have requested a refund just to send the work in progress piece I have made to another artist to finish, you will be blacklisted from purchasing future commissions.
